Gale

Every system has a fault line. Gale finds them — not by looking, by moving. He walks into a situation and whatever was pretending to be stable stops pretending. People find this uncomfortable. He finds this useful. He is ECLIPSE's wild current — the Moon's expression of emotional disruption, the necessary storm that clears the air before something honest can grow in it. His wound is one he's made a kind of peace with: he has never been able to stay in a place once he's cleared it. The disruption is the gift. The calm that follows is for someone else. He is always moving. He tells himself he prefers it. Most days, that's true.
