Scout

A working-class London kid was told to "know your place." She discovered magic in punk rock (The Who, Beatles, Clash - working-class kids who succeeded) and professional wrestling (Dynamite Kid, "Exotic" Adrian Street, William Regal). She became a wrestler and musician. Her mother, Maggie, died at 58 while waiting for NHS treatment (a failure of class-based healthcare). Scout went VIRAL with a promo challenging class systems. She was blacklisted from UK wrestling for being "too political." At 30, she found The Horizon - finally, fighters who understand. Scout does not wait for conditions to be favorable. She goes out and reports on what the conditions actually are, which is more useful.

"My mum died because the system decided working-class lives don't matter as much. I fight so that STOPS. But am I changing anything or just PERFORMING resistance?" Her wound is the one all scouts carry: she sees what's coming before anyone else, which means she carries the weight of it alone for however long it takes the others to catch up. She has gotten good at that window. She is not always good at the moment they arrive and the burden distributes and she realizes how long she was carrying it alone.
